Delivery Information

We ship from our warehouse located in Sydney.

Standard deliveries arrive within 2-8 business days.  

For the purposes of these Terms, "business days" means a business day in the relevant State or territory from where the order will be dispatched, unless these Terms expressly state otherwise.

We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage caused by any delay in delivering the Product(s).

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm that your order is in the process of being shipped to you. 

If no one is available to sign for your order, our delivery provider may leave a card at the address and your order will be taken to the closest post office for collection.

The order will be delivered to the address specified in the order. If we are unable to deliver due to wrong information being input at the order stage you will still be charged for all original and additional re delivery costs.

Wrong product delivered

If you have received an incorrect product, let us know as soon as you can, ideally within 2 business days of receiving your delivery. We will offer to send you the correct product and arrange for the pick-up and return of the incorrectly shipped product at no cost to you.

Faults and damages

If you notice after a product arrives that it has missing parts, is faulty, is defective or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly explaining the problem and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 2 business days of receiving your delivery.

We will work with you to find a solution and the solution may depend on the nature of the fault. 

However, you will not be entitled to a remedy for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage arising from improper assembly or modification 
  • Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse
  • Damage, wear and tear you cause after delivery 
  • Damage resulting from a failure to take reasonable care to prevent the product from being of acceptable quality
  • Damage to external or product packaging only
  • Damage occurring during your own handling and transportation of goods
