How will my order be delivered to me?
Your order will be delivered to you by a third-party delivery service.
If no one is available to sign for your order, our delivery provider may leave a card at the address and your order will be taken to the closest Australia Post office for collection.
How will I know if my order is placed successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation by email, after you have placed your order and we have processed your payment. This email represents confirmation that we have received your order request, however it does not guarantee that the product(s) you have ordered is/are available. Once we have dispatched your product(s), you will receive an email confirmation that your product(s) has/have been dispatched.

What locations do you ship to?
We ship to most areas in Australia. We currently do not ship internationally.
What are the shipping charges?
We charge a Standard Delivery Fee of $15.
Do you allow exchanges?
We are unable to offer returns for change of mind purchases. We always take extra care and examine all items before shipping any parcels, however, there might be some uncontrollable situations during shipping which may occur. If you receive items that are defective or damaged, please contact us at shop@dogtech.com.au for more information and for terms of a replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are dispatched the same day of payment, please contact us immediately at shop@dogtech.com.au if you wish to cancel all or part of an order. Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been dispatched for delivery.
